CBC, BIPOC TV & FILM, and the CFC announce new 3-year initiative at the Banff World Media Festival. The Showrunner Catalyst offers career coaching and shadowing opportunities for senior Canadian BIPOC writers. Along with masterclasses, each writer is attached to a CBC primetime drama or comedy series and receives 1:1 mentorship from an established showrunner.
