Event recap: Asian Creators in the Short Form Space

To mark Asian Heritage Month, we hosted a panel of writers, directors and producers from the Asian diaspora to share their journeys with short-form content. Panellists included Heyishi Zhang and Hayley Wong (Gay Mean Girls); Rabiya Mansoor, Marushka Almeida, Nisha Khan, and Anubhav Singh (Get Up Aisha); Shazia Javed and Rahul Chaturvedi (Potluck Ladies), and Shant Joshi and Christopher Yip (Streams Flow From A River). Alice Wang, director of Rent-A-Girlfriend and programming manager at Regent Park Film Festival, moderated the panel.
