The Canadian Academy Executive Residency Program

Now in its second year, this program aims to provide industry access to mid-career individuals and pairs seven participants with advocates from the industry to help advance their careers with shadowing and observational placements focusing on project development, organizational governance, and peer-to-peer mentorship.
