Black Screen Office and BIPOC TV & Film are presenting a virtual panel discussion to launch the latest Being Seen report, which will highlight the concerns and challenges to authentic and inclusive content for People of Colour Communities.
The panel will discuss common stereotypes experienced by South Asian, Southeast and East Asian, West Asian, Latinx and Brazilian communities, the damage these stereotypes can cause and how the Directives created from the Being Seen consultations can be used to improve the authenticity of content on Canadian screens.
